Traditional disinfection of newly installed or reconditioned pipelines involves filling the pipeline with a water and chlorus mixture, this is either dosed in or tablets are inserted into the pipe prior to filling. A soak time of 2hrs is required then the water must be flushed out and removed safely with no harm to surrounding areas or the environment. Using this system large quantities water are used on both during the ‘soak’ period and then the ‘flushing’.

The ESCS-PCS system reduces the amount of water significantly which in turn has a positive effect on the environment as well as having huge cost and time saving advantages.

Huwa-San TR50

This unique system incorporates the latest PLC computer control and embedded HMI display with bespoke spray head and atomising spray system. Our spray system monitors the PPL content in the water as it flows through the sensor, depending on the flow rate and pipe diameter it will automatically retract the spray head at the correct speed to gain the required theoretical thickness as desired by the client. All this information is recorded and printed real time using thermal printer. Also, the data is logged in the system which can be downloaded historically via a USB.
